Forty eight years ago, the price of comic books went up from ten cents to twelve cents. A dollar could no longer purchase ten comics, only eight, and that week I had to forego the latest issues of \*Magnus, Robot Fighter \*and _Green Lantern_. The wound has never healed. ---

Then when the movie is over I have to switch it back! Of course the plugs are in the back so I can’t see what I’m doing, I just have to grope around blindly back there. Life is sooo rough. ---

The little rubber ear things on one of my earbuds fell off during my morning commute. Not only did I have to spend the commute with music in just ONE ear, I had to do the same on the way home. And the only extra ones I have are the larger size, so they don’t fit in my ear (as well). ---

Ugh. YouTube does not have an “auto repeat” function so I keep having to switch tabs to the video and clicking “Play” every few minutes. ---

Netflix done raised their prices and now I can only afford to stream any of thousands of movies on a whim, in high-definition, but most of the new releases are DVD-only\*. ☹ \*actually, I could afford to get the streaming + DVD plan if I wanted, but there’s nothing out right now on DVD that I want badly enough to pay for it. ---

The allen wrench was a little too long, and kept bumping into the chair frame as I tried to tighten the bolt. I had to take the wrench out of the bolt, adjust, and re-insert it like 30 times. ---

The grocery store was too busy and the people were in my way, but worst of all they only had the Pumpkin Spice Holiday creamer, so now I have to go to another store to find my Peppermint Mocha Holiday creamer. #FML ---

The Pentair Easytouch wireless remote control for my newly remodeled saltwater swimming pool and spa doesn’t have back lighted buttons. When my wife and I are naked in the spa at night, we have to use the buttons by feel, since only the LCD display on the remote is lighted. Sometimes we simply want to adjust the spa water temperature or change the color of the underwater LED lighting in the pool and spa. It makes life so difficult! ---

I got cold this morning. I kicked my blankets off during the night and I didn’t have any (fixed and well vetted cats) to snuggle up with, so I had to get up and walk over to the thingy on the wall and turn the heat up. While I was up, I went into my private bathroom and sat down on the toilet and the seat was cold. I suffer so.
