I for one am shocked - shocked! - that more people didn’t go for Piranha 3-D, which IMO was the obvious movie choice. ---

I believe you’re thinking of _Shark Attack 3: Megalodon_ which had John Barrowman, a bunch of Russians, and a giant dinosaur-shark. Plus closure to all the questions raised in _Shark Attack_ and _Shark Attack 2_. But was sadly lacking in underwater naked lesbians. ---

Plus you get to see Jerry’s O’Connell (though it’s clearly CGI. And not attached to the actor in question at the time of viewing.). Bad movie, but thoroughly campy. I enjoyed. ---
