**Sequels that measured up to the original.** _The Godfather, Part II_ Arguably greater than the first. _X-Men: First Class_ Entire series is rock solid. _Terminator 2_ Different, but equally riveting sequel. Next: Sequels so awful they don’t deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as the original. (still no Star Wars) ---

I’m limiting myself to one Schwartzenegger movie, and focusing on the Hollywood part. _Conan the Barbarian_ (Arnold Schwartzenegger) Crushed enemies, Voo-man’s tears - Bestest! _Fools Rush In_ (Salma Hayek) Light Hollywood debut for Salma _The World is Not Enough_ (Sophie Marceau) Spoiler: Kidnap victim becomes mastermind I was going to post _Fahrenheit 451_, where the director, writer and leading man did not speak English (I read somewhere that Oskar Werner learned his lines phonetically), but it wasn’t a Hollywood production. Then I was going to post _Shoes of the Fisherman_, but Oskar Werner didn’t star, and star Anthony Quinn lived in LA as a child, so I presume was fluent in English before adolescence.
