Is there a way to save internet “flash” movies to my hard disk? When I try, there is no “save” option anywhere that I can find.

You can copy them out of your browser cache. In Windows, with IE, this is under C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. They are usually \*.swf files. You usually can view the html source of the page, and copy the location of the file and use a download manager like Get Right to download it.

Just to clarify, that was two separate methods I listed.
