# Flash Player Not Working

I’ve installed Flash Player three times today yet it keeps saying it isn’t working. Why is that?

I suggest you use the [Adobe tool and uninstall](http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html) all instances of Flash player. Then try again.
