Not only did I think “SHIT”, I thought “what the fuck?”. I mean when are we ever pitched directly against Jeb’s finest? Hovercraft man/hours? Atlantic shore/territory width quotient? I mean many dopers from Britain and Norn Iron are of a somewhat pro US mindset, but this thread title will have raised a few hackles! ---

I’m a student at UK. I watched the entire game live on TV. UUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!..so close. I’m pissed off too. ---

And here I thought Jared “The Fattest Quarterback I’ve Ever Seen In My Life – And Yet The Guy Is Rather Mobile” Lorenzen was going to pull it off for the 'Cats. It’s just as well. I’m not sure anyone in Lexington would be able to handle the shock of having a good UK football team around. It was weird enough when the 'Cats finished 6-5 and went to a bowl game a few years ago when I was still in school there. ---

My poor mother didn’t know what to do with herself while they were 3-0. I haven’t been a fan of UK Football since the “Pookie” days… they’ve always been a dissapointment. I was happy to see them go on a small streak tho’.
