Has anyone tried feeding Fluffernutter …catnip? :eek: I’d love to pet him, but I have the vague feeling he’d take my hand off instead, so I’ll just settle for 'awwww’ing at the screen. ---

It also makes him much less willing to be dislodged from whatever warm, soft place he’s found to sleep. Reminds me a bit of our old cat Bob. Bob was a yellow cat my dad got from a fellow signpainter named Bob. Bob (the cat) was an indoor-outdoor cat all of his life. A total snuggly sweetheart indoors, but he must have been an unholy terror when he was out at night. You could feel all sorts of nasty scars underneath the fur on his head. One morning, I let Bob in and was giving him pettin’s when I saw something sticking out from the little pouchy bit on the base of his ear. Something weird and translucent. I pulled on it, and it turned out to be a claw. Another cat’s claw. That was one tough freakin’ cat. ---

Ooooh, look! Google ads for Cat Repellant. Hmmmm, garage doors and one very mofo yellow cat named Bob are not listed … huh. The only other useless bit of nothing I have to add i s a friend of mine adopted a kitty from the side of the road. It was covered in all kinds of nasty bites and smells and quickly became, _Stinkerbelle._ Of all her cats, this is the only ones name I can remember. Stinkerbelle, Frankenkitty and Bob. ---

Wow. Mere of Fluff’d make my cats run for cover, fuzzy bastards as they are. Heck, they flee at the sight of me carrying large objects in case they’re for the vet’s. _snerk_ Also, we gotta be garage door soul mates – when I was wee, our 2 car garage door decided to fall off the rails and conk me on the head, much to my mother’s dismay. However, it was determined that I didn’t have so much as a bruise, just mild startlement, most likely because it was hollow aluminum. Only injury was to my mother’s lifespan – she probably aged about a decade. ---

If he’d been an indoor cat, he’d have gotten bored, chewed thru an electrical cord, and would have gone to the great cathouse in the sky long, long ago. And here I thought it was bad when **Zyada** closed the head of one of our cats in the refrigerator door! Stupid cat, nosing into everything. Of course a few days before, the cat was racing around the room and ran into **Zyada** ’s leg hard enough to leave a bruise, so I guess they’re even. ---
