I’m looking to join some FLV files into single files (on a Windows 8 system). I’ve looked around and there are a number of freeware programs but nothing stands out above the others. Any recommendations?

[Free Video Joiner](http://www.freevideojoiner.com/) works fine for me.

I appreciate the response but, from the description, that program doesn’t work with FLV files.

Oops, sorry. Well, you can download [Avidemux](http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/) video editor. Open the first file and append one or more files, then change the format to FLV and save as one file.
