Well, the example used for the car was Gay Deceiver, so if the car’s AI is anything like her at all, I will take the car and the issue of not rescuing me in mid-plummet-from-a-great-height or while hanging from a cliff won’t be any more of a problem than it would be for the flying horse. Plus a magical room with bidet in the land of Oz in the back of the car! (you were referencing the post-Oz Gay Deceiver right?) ---

I just meant that there’s no Oz portal, not that the AI isn’t alive the way GD was. But as you’ll recall from, I think, THE CAT WHO WALKS THROUGH WALLS, sentient!Gay doesn’t have much use for fleshies. She loves Zeb and Deety, likes Hilda, and tolerates Jake, and would happily murder Lazarus if the Carter/Burroughs would give her pemission; everybody else can go to hell as far as she’s concerned, because she doesn’t have any other feelings. ---

Car. I love a hot car and don’t want a horse. I don’t even have any cats or dogs because I can’t abide the mess and chaos of a pet, why would I want a smelly horse? A fine sleek car, though, maybe styled to look like a Veyron or some such…I’m there. ---

It wouldn’t have to be Gay herself in there doing the driving, I’m sure there are other AI personalities somewhere more compatible with my own personality. (no, I will NOT subject the dear girl to reprogramming just to make her like me, I like her just as she is) ---
