Stanford is basicly asking home users to handle some of the computing for them by running a little app in the back ground that is part of researching how protiens fold.

I got started on another board but The Dope would be a perfect place to have a Team.

so do we already have one here? or would anyone like to get one started?

I not running it myself, but I know they got the sofware set up for PS3s as well as PCs, so that could help your team.
