Weird food your grandmother used to make: 1. Fish head soup 2. Jellyfish Cooked in oyster sauce. One of those strange Cantonese dishes that are primarily about the texture. The jellyfish itself doesn’t really taste like anything, but it’s bizarrely both gooey and soft, and crunchy at the same time. ---
