**Types of bottled sauces** 1. Worcestershire sauce 2. Gator sauce 3. Tabasco sauce 4. Salsa verde 5. Rao’s Alfredo Sauce 6. Fire On the Mountain Cilantro Lime 7. Tartar sauce 8. Honey mustard It could be argued that it’s more of a condiment than a sauce, but it’s my category. Honey mustard is my go-to condiment on my cold cut sandwiches. ---

Maple taffy Boil up real maple syrup, and pour the boiling syrup on fresh-fallen snow. Can’t get much more northern than requiring snow in a recipe. The result is a delicious candy.
