My daughter just sent me this not 5 minutes ago. I’m shocked. I always enjoyed watching her host Worst Cooks. Thoughts are with her family. ---

Pardon my French, but what the fuck!? _Worst Cooks_ is one of the only shows I actually binge-watch, mostly because of her. She was SO good at teaching the ignorant but earnest how to cook. Even this _Good Eats_ gnu could recognize the perfection in her communication techniques. ---

I’m so saddened by this. ☹ For years I’ve loved watching her teach, compete, and judge. I remember seeing her as a sous chef on Iron Chef America a gazillion (or so it seems) years ago. She was just great. ---

I watched her show years ago. I really liked her. May she rest in peace. Michael Chiarello is another chef from Food Network whose death really surprised me. ---

I never watched _Worst Cooks_, but I watched _her_ cooking show, and really enjoyed her flamboyant style. Quite surprised to find that she is/was 21 years younger than I. I didn’t think her white-blonde hair was due to age, but I thought she was _closer_ to my age. RIP. ---

I thought accidental overdose, too, but everything I’ve read said she was found with hundreds of pills nearby. Hundreds doesn’t sound accidental. The whole thing is very tragic no matter the cause. She was young, vibrant, and so talented. I wonder how long the investigation will be and when its findings will be released. ---
