I watched, but I really hated this season. I didn’t like the teams aspect of it at all. I hope they don’t do it next time.
I’ll admit I liked watching what I saw of the “Alton’s team” talk in the wrap-up episode. Alton looked like he was trying to diplomatically explain his opinion of the setup, something to the effect of, “I thought I was just going to push them to cook past their boundaries, but…” I think it was supposed to come off as “gosh, what a bonding experience!” but seemed more like, “Yeah, we’re not so fond of this team concept either.”
