I don’t know if this is considered stale but I like to let my pop sit in the fridge open to make it go flat. Ice cold flat pop is the drink of the gods. ---

Haven’t yet tried this technique (gotta remember to buy some of those oatmeal cookies next time I go to the store!), but I was told if you like your cookies soft you can put them in a baggie with a slice of white bread for a few hours and they’ll come out chewey… ---

Day old chili beats fresh chili everytime. A tuna sandwich made the night before and kept in the refrigerator beats one made fresh that day. Leftover turkey is better than what you get for Thanksgiving- ditto the gravy that’s thickened up in the refrigerator.
