All fruits and veggies.  
Crabs/shellfish

Most fish is fine frozen, so we don’t really stress over not getting it off the hook.

All dairy…which might not be the case everywhere, because they now have not-so-fresh-milk and dairy products with a lonnnnnng shelf life.
