Can you clarify, for this Newbie, how the confidence points work? Do you have to pick use each of the confidence, so rank them 15 - 1?

I always suck at these things. I have the attention span of a fruit fly, so I don’t know beans about the teams except I like to fall asleep by halftime every Sunday.
