We were at the International Crane Foundation in Baraboo, WI, one afternoon - it’s got something like the largest collection of cranes in the U.S. Or the greatest number of species. Anyway, they’re known around the world for their work. It’s a big place, well-run, with many areas off-limits to the public so that they can do their jobs as researchers and conservationists. And the guy who was taking the tour along with us kept asking how they tasted. Big, tall, hairy guy whose fuzzy ass was sticking out of the top of his pants, like two peaches floating to the surface. ---
