Can’t ANYTHING be done about the pathetic downloading/uploading capabilities on this site, the incessant “Web site not responding” and " Connection timed out" messages (after 10 seconds!!), and the absurd “Administration will only allow you to post every 60 seconds” when one hasn’t been able to post anything AT ALL? Whatever amusement this site offers is totally ruined by this b.s.!

Well, it may just be a rumor, but I’ve heard that the hamsters have gone on strike, so **JDavis** has hooked the mods up to the treadmills. The administrators are using whips to get them moving, but the mods like that too much, so the boards are going slow.
Either that or you’ve just hit a busy period. Try again later?

Uh, whatever other performance problems this site may have (and they are numerous and serious) the “every 60 seconds” thing works just fine, as you now know. Push the button **once**! If you have doubts about whether it posted, put your post in the clipboard and check the thread (or in this case, forum) afresh.

Can’t ANYTHING be done about the pathetic downloading/uploading capabilities on this site, the incessant “Web site not responding” and " Connection timed out" messages (after 10 seconds!!), and the absurd “Administration will only allow you to post every 60 seconds” when one hasn’t been able to post anything AT ALL? A 30-second operation ends up taking a half-hour!!! Whatever amusement this site offers is totally ruined by this horseshit!
