Anyone with a passing knowledge of F1 will recall the legendary McLaren MP4/4 of 1988. Prost and Senna at the wheel of a piece of cutting edge engineering mastery. 16 races, 15 wins, 15 poles, 10 1-2 finishes. It was a little bit special to say the least. So here is 75 minutes of the car, up close and personal. Undressed and being shamelessly poked and prodded by three of the engineers and mechanics who built her. It is automotive filth of the highest order and it really shouldn’t be allowed. I dunno. I never saw it show up at the track, so I assume it went to one of the auctions that I didn’t make it to.
