A very dear friend of mine spent many years crafting a comic book based on The Decemberists’ song “A Cautionary Song”. He recently made [a video of it.](http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0WH2JRfLRP0)
As I have witnessed this work from the onset, I am biased a bit - I think that it’s simply brilliant. I’m curious what others may think.

Really love it. A favorite Decemberists track too. I like the way the visuals are cut to the down beat and the 3/4 bit is all little triptychs. Hope he lets Colin Meloy know about it. Then he can do there next single.

There’s a friend of a friend who has a connection to someone either in or close to the band. Thanks for the comment, **don’t ask**.
