What would be your wedding song? I am kinda leaning towards “I am the Highway” - Audioslave… Not particularly romantic, but rather poignant… 😕 ---

I’d love to use “Love Stinks,” just for the entertainment valule of reactions, but will probably use “All I Ask of You” from _The Phantom of the Opera_ musical. Not that anyone would be stupid enough to _marry_ me…:rolleyes: ---

Being a bit of a romantic, I’ve rather leaned towards Meatloaf’s _Heaven Can Wait_, but the guy I nearly married was a fan of Meatloaf. If I do marry, it will depend on the fellow and the circumstances. One word of warning, **dantheman** , I have a sense of humor and I like good brass. A person could come up with some interesting variations on _Taps_, perhaps a fugue, and some of them might even sound good! CJ ---

They guy who assumed that we were going to get married wanted to use Zevon’s _Accidentally Like a Martyr_. Me, I’ve always leaned toward Paul Stookey’s _Wedding Song (There is Love)_ or Marc Cohn’s _True Companion_. Of course, I’ve got to meet the person I’m going to marry before this even becomes a factor. ---

By “wedding song” do you mean the song you dance to as your first dance as a married couple? If you do - I have picked out my song: Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get it On”. If you mean something else then I don’t know - I’m rather dense when it comes to weddings (so it’s probably a good things I’m not likely to get married). ---
