1. Yes 2. Yes and No 3. Depends on the circumstances, the situation, and the mannerliness (if that is a word) employed. I generally take it as a compliment, as I am not usually in a position where total strangers walk up to me and ask for a fuck. Meaning, if I’m hanging out in a bar it’s because I’m hanging out there with someone else. I don’t usually hang out alone. I have been emailed or IMd and asked for a fuck, and that’s a totally different matter. I don’t have a profile up on a dating site because I want to sleep with random strangers. That’s totally creepy. However, getting an email from someone 20 years younger than me saying I’m totally hot is flattering. Doesn’t get a response, but is flattering. ---

It was a guy I barely knew, a FOAF I was driving home because he was stranded. It went something along the lines of, “Are you single?” “…Yes.” “Well, then you’ll be sleeping in my bed tonight if you’re so inclined.” “Uh, no thanks.” **Did you go for it?** See above. **How do you feel about such propositions in general?** They’re skeevy, gross, degrading, and rather embarassing for the desperate person doing the asking. ---

Yes and No. I did it when I was much younger. In my 20s, actually, when my self esteem was at it’s worse. Felt, on some level, that it was all I was good for.. Now if some random stranger came up to me and asked I would probably consider it an insult. In the past I felt that maybe it was all I was good for, now I know I deserve better then to be someone’s… ahhh.. well you can fill in the blank. I have “friends” that generally care about me and hang out with that if it was to happen, I wouldn’t think any less of myself or any less of him because I know there is more emotion involved then a 'fuck and run". ---
