Boxers. Found a catalog that sells very high quality boxers that are made of 100% cotton oxford cloth. Wash 'em about three times before wearing the first time for the best comfort. ---

Briefs. Without a doubt. I was forced to wear boxers during Army basic training back in the 70’s and have never understood how anyone would wear the damn things by choice. Too much extra material, too little support. ---

all the time: Briefs. Usually just regular boring hanes ones. But when i’m feeling special, i wear my hip briefs (the band of cloth on the sides is thinner than in regular briefs) from Calvin Klein. Soon to get into boxer briefs though, but I need more money. ---

I mean, they look nice and all, but I would think comfort would be an issue. Plus there’s that hole in the front of the boxers…do any of you men actually _use_ that hole for any reason? Briefs most of the time, but I’m moving toward boxer-briefs. I just need to buy more pairs. I sometimes wear silk boxers – when I have a girlfriend for whom to wear them. I never do any freeballin’ because I’m too afraid of the zipper. I need that protective shield! **Welfy** , the hole on a pair of briefs is useless. However I use the hole on the front of boxers and boxer-briefs for access when I – how can I put this delicately? – take a whiz. Besides the fact that the hole on boxers is a lot less restrictive than the hole on a pair of briefs, you generally have to use it anyway because of the higher waist on boxers and boxer-briefs. ---

For the last 4 years, boxers, although I have a pair of bikini briefs my gf likes me to put on now and then. Freeballing’s fine when I’m in pyjamas or a yukata (think of it as a Japanese kilt), but otherwise I’m just too nervous about that zipper. zzzzzziiiii:eek: As for the hole in front, I never used it when I wore briefs. The material around the hole is too taut, and if it (the brief material) slips out of my fingers, the resulting uncontrolled fire hose can create some embarrassing problems. Boxers, being looser, are much easier to use in this manner. –sublight. ---

I’m a briefs man 99% of the time. I just like the support. I always feel weird wearing boxers. Plus, I seem to sweat more in boxers, which is uncomfortable. Plus, occasionally, they’ll rub in just the right way, and that can lead to embarrassment. 😉 I have about 4 pairs of boxers, and I wear them occassionally, but mostly just for lounging around the house at night…so there’s nothing else on my legs…just boxers and a t-shirt or something. Does anybody use that stupid hole? It’s a pain trying to coax my trouser snake around that little flap. I’ve had the “fire hose” thing happen once too often. It’s easier just to pull everything down.
