I thought I had the flu, but then thought, “But I haven’t seen anyone in weeks!” and noticed that every time my cousin comes over, as soon as he leaves, I have to go to take a shit. I also had problems pissing, and I know it’s nerves, and my colon not being emptied out. We actually went on a walk (my idea, to test this) the first time, but the last few times I made sure I just laid down on my couch like normal, and by 2pm, I had to take a dump, while every other day, it just doesn’t happen until 4am the following day… It must be an elevated mood, since I haven’t left my house since my brother passed away 8 months ago with 2-3 exceptions… He thought this, and I’m sure of it, too… I thought it was because I didn’t eat anything for the first 18 hours of the day, or something else, nerves/anxiety/etc, but then realized (after yelling with my mom), I got sick again, which is how I got sick the first time. I even looked back to my phone history, and yes… I’ve told myself to avoid talking but she forces the issue by sending me unintelligible e-mails. I tell her my flip phone screen is fucked anyway, and I hate the phone, too, which is why I block most numbers, and still keep it off most of the day. My advice/conclusion (if you feel like I do) – stay away from people… It’s not just COVID, or the flu, but a lot of other needless shit in life when there’s plenty of misery already. It’s a lot more difficult to get sick online I imagine 🙂 ---

From out in left field: You might give some consideration to thoroughly examining your living quarters. Any number of sick-making substances could be making you feel sick: outgassing from any number of chemicals found around the house, cleaning products that are combining in unhealthy ways, MOLD (possibly behind the walls – good luck finding that). The house we’re renting has a closet that gives off some kind of perfume smell that gets worse when the AC is retired for the winter. ---

There’s definitely mold in the basement, and a laughable paint-job to possibly disguise it, but the cellar is only accessible if I go outside, which I don’t bother to do, and only went (full of webs, ugh) when the power went out, but of course I hadn’t paid my bills. I think stress is making me ill. Both times were right after yelling… 2-3 weeks ago it was right after opening my door and yelling so they’d shut their fucking dogs up. It goes on non-stop and the police are non-existent to these issues. No animal control. ---
