We can’t help it if we have no lives. The Missing Co-Worker Saga Continues! Who’s gonna do the movie? I’m thinking Quentin Tarantino, but he’ll probably script in way too many bad words. [sub][sup]This ain’t the pit…figure out your own bad words![/sub][/sup] I think it’s very odd she put her old work number (not her own, but the other one) on the card. Perhaps she is a _tad_ embarrassed by the whole thing and didn’t want to say, “Oh I lost my shit one day and my job because of it…” It happens. Pride goeth beforeth a falleth, and all that. ---

**auntie em** ’s missing co-worker story reminds me of my friend’s mother. When I first knew her, she was a nice, prim, plump little woman, who went to church every Sunday and stayed in the kitchen and bedroom all the time. Then one day, she just upped and left the family without telling anybody. By the time it was all sorted out, they found out she run off with another man to Florida, left him and ran off with a truck driver, who ditched her in Tennessee. She was homeless for a while, until she finally got in touch with a family member who came and picked her up. Then she and her husband divorced, and she went _back_ to the guy in Florida, then talked him into moving back with her to Georgia. They stayed together for a few years, then broke up. Due to contracting a degenerative bone disease, she moved into an assisted living center. She fell for an Elvis impersonator and ran off with him somewhere, almost losing her room in the process. Her son had less than 24 hours to drive 300 miles to pick her up and get her back to her room before she lost it. ---

She hadn’t, as of about 2 weeks ago, seen or heard from MC since. 4. She left a picture that we think is Trucker. At least, that’s what MC told me once. **Knowed Out** , yikes! This is the stuff of Charlotte Perkins-Gilman. ---

But every now and then, a tiny steel ball randomly hits a buzzing, flashing sensor and she ends up saying/doing something outrageous. Tilt. ---

THis is hands down the worlds greatest pointless story! This has more drama then the entire run of days of our lives (not that I watch it mind you, just and example. What? What? DON’T JUDGE ME!) How can anyway get anywork done now? this story is more addictive then crack! ---

I’m sorry, **vivian**. I’m not sure it DOES end. I mean, we all thought it had come to its ultimate whimper several weeks ago, when my boss finally gave in and deposited her last paycheck despite the fact that she had failed to comply with his terms (to speak to him in person or on the phone). This latest tidbit is interesting, but I don’t have any hope of real closure, here. I think it’s going to be one of those things that just dangles for a long, long time.
