Forbes.com: Portland, ME - Most Liveable City

Pittsburgh is far from being a Rustbelt dump! In fact, it is itself a frequent winner of these types of “most livable city” accolades.

Sorry, I realize Pittsburgh has always had nice areas and has made big improvements this decade, but look at the population drops in the '80s and '90s. Those people were leaving for a reason and they were coming to towns like mine. And Pittsburgh is - objectively, if that’s possible - part of the Rustbelt.

It’s the opposite phenomenon of people saying they come from a small town of “only 10,000” people. :confused:
