So many threads of sex questions here, I’ll add mine as its different. I have an unusual problem. I don’t like foreplay. Its been tried on me (I am female) and it does nothing. I feel bad for the guys, because they mean well, but I really just prefer vaginal sex, straight up, no foreplay at all. My boyfriend of the moment takes a long time doing this, he seems to enjoy it for its own sake, but I really find it a waste of my time. He has no desire to do it my way, which people seem to call a quickie. Anyone else dislike foreplay? ---

So, um, since you brought up, I gotta’ ask – do you get any pleasure from sex? (I cannot believe I am a 55-year-old married man asking a single woman this question!) But seriously … do you become aroused during sex at all? ---

That’s interesting. You may have to be a bit more specific about what you mean by “foreplay,” however. Are you talking about kissing? Neck sucking? Nipple play? Fingering? Oral? I do enjoy foreplay, mostly. My neck definitely needs to have a lot of attention paid to it, and a bit of finger action is always good, too. However, oral doesn’t seem to do much for me. It’s an okay way to start (any attention in that general area is a sure route to getting aroused), but after only a short period of time, gets pretty damn monotonous. I’d much rather have the actual coitus. ---

I like lots of foreplay, the boyfriend would prefer just to get right down to business. So we compromise, sometimes we’ll have lots of foreplay sometimes we’ll just skip right to the main event. It works well for us. ---

If I couldn’t have a proper amount of foreplay, I don’t think I’d like sex so much. My wife’s body is like Christmas morning, and I want to play with all the toys. ---

What is life without foreplay? My boyfriend loves it and so do I. With him I always cum a minimum of 2 times with forplay, maybe one without. Yup I am happy with my guy. ---

Foreplay didn’t used to do much for me, almost anything would get me physically ready but nothing could get my mind into it properly. Most unfortunately, most of my partners thought that physically ready meant I was into it when I wasn’t. I got bored with the kissing and such and would just wish to get on with it. Now though, yeep. My current partner knows that for me, the best foreplay is words. Silly puns and high innuendo building for hours before the event, as well as intelligent sexualized discussion about just about anything. In addition, sometimes he’ll catch me off guard at dinner and interrupt some mundane topic to tell me, “I so want to fuck you right now.” Perhaps that’s fore-foreplay, because once my head is in the right place the conventional foreplay, and later the sex, is excellent.
