Olbermann is discussing with McCaskill whether or not Clinton has the ability to be someone else’s number 2, or if she’d consider it a co-presidency. Why? Just why? ---

The issue is obviously in the air and she said the right thing: that she would do whatever is best for the party. If she’d said she wouldn’t be VP, wouldn’t you - or someone else - interpret that as a slap at Obama? I can understand disliking her, but it’s not necessary to put her in this damned if you do, damned if you don’t scenario. She lost and it’s over; she’ll quit, even if she doesn’t want to call it that, within 48 hours or so. Isn’t that enough, really? ---
