CNN also now has it down to 11.
cojones
down to 11. Going to happen after the polls close, I’d imagine.
Check yours back.
10 to go, and we already know those are in the bag with the elected delegates from today’s contests. Not to mention Carter, the Mayor of St. Paul, the 7 supers from Montana, Pelosi and her gang, whose endorsements aren’t official yet, so aren’t included in current numbers, but we already know they’re coming.
I don’t think she’ll send them, but that doesn’t mean a few of her flying monkeys won’t show up of their own volition and make nuisances of themselves anyway.
Olbermann is discussing with McCaskill whether or not Clinton has the ability to be someone else’s number 2, or if she’d consider it a co-presidency.
Why? Just why?
CNN now has it down to 10!
I think that is exactly what she is going to do.
I think you’re being unfair. The issue is obviously in the air and she said the right thing: that she would do whatever is best for the party. If she’d said she wouldn’t be VP, wouldn’t you - or someone else - interpret that as a slap at Obama? I can understand disliking her, but it’s not necessary to put her in this damned if you do, damned if you don’t scenario. She lost and it’s over; she’ll quit, even if she doesn’t want to call it that, within 48 hours or so. Isn’t that enough, really?
If she wanted to change her tune on the VP slot, she sure picked a bad day. No class at all. I hope he makes the clean break and finds anyone else.
Have to go re-hear the Will I Am Yes We Can video.
not a super.
More like a sidekick.
CNN is reporting 7.
I think it’s going to be official in about 10 minutes.
6 now.
DCW’s count’s at 9, but they haven’t counted the Edwards delegates that came over earlier this afternoon/evening.
The press release said all of the IA, NH, and SC delegates, plus 10 of the (half-vote) FL delegates. DCW had already counted all but 4 of the non-FL delegates, so that gives Obama a gain of 9 per their count.
9 - 9 = 0!!!
Yeah, that’s it! Business hours are over, baby!
“OK, we’ll call it a draw.”
They made a point on CNN that Obama would want the voters to put him over the top, not supers.
Done!
