My father died of cancer and the side effects of the treatment were horrific. If itā€™s inevitable, Iā€™m not going to prolong things pointlessly. ---

Yeah, my fatherā€™s doctor said to him, basically - you have cancer in at least 6 places. We can treat you and you will die painfully, or we can medicate you and let the disease run itā€™s course. I would choose the latter. ---

Almost everyone Iā€™ve talked to says, ā€˜Weā€™re going to move to Houston.ā€™ What Iā€™m hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality. And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this, this is working very well for them. ---

I donā€™t remember how long ago it was but I saw her on TV when she was speaking at some womenā€™s college. She said that she thought there could be a future First Spouse in the audience, and whoever **he** might be she wished him well. She got a lots of laughs for that. ---
