**Carol Stream** , is there some reason you can’t just ignore the threads that don’t interest you? That’s what most of us do, I believe. Having all, or at least, most of the threads that uses questionable language in the same forum makes it easier for folks at work to avoid opening something that a passing boss might find objectionable. ---

Maybe the _description_ of The Pit can be changed to something like “If you need to vent or express your recreational outrage, do it here” ---
