I’ll try D for\*\* minlokwat\*\*, because I’ve husked corn, and don’t remember any knives being necessary to the task. I can recite the alphabet backwards, too, and it’s not that hard. FWIW, I also married my husband a significant number of years after our first meeting (12), although we were dating only for the last 18 months or so. ---

I will try the reverse strategy and choose A, the one that seems so easy and mundane. The other options are all a bit exotic, while A may be deceptively ordinary. ---

Whee!! I did it! Even if I had a 1 out of 3 chance, I’m still proud. 😃 Ok, Here are mine. A - I was the victim of a hit-and-run accident, struck by a blind man riding a moped. B - have received a Christmas card from Tommy LaSorda and his wife every year since 1987. C - I used to skydive regularly D - Although I was in full labor, I refused to deliver my older son until the Bears-Vikings divisional championship game concluded. E - I have a grandmother who played professional basketball ---

D - not sure that is something one can control ( OK I am male and so clearly not an expert on the subject, but I have seen my wife give birth 3 times I was under the impression things are happening regardless of the mothers intent) ---

Sorry. Actually that IS true, although I made it sound a lot bigger of a deal than it is. I was indeed in labor, and the doctor came in and said it was about time to go down to delivery. I asked him if I could have 10 mins to finish watching the game (it had about 5 mins to go) and he agreed, but said no more than 10 mins. When he came back, there was 20 seconds to go and he said “I don’t suppose you’re ready yet.” I shook my head no, and we (the doctor, my husband and I) all watched the last 20 seconds. Then they wheeled me down the hall to delivery. About 20 mins later, my oldest son was born. So “D” is off the boards. ---

I’m game. I won’t reply until the false one is guessed, then I will explain all 5. A- I am an expert marksman, my shooting activity of choice is fast pistol firing at Post-it notes at 25 yards. B- I have a child that I didn’t know about until it was one year old. C- My girlfriend is a former model who is working toward her PhD. D- I have a piece of lead still stuck in my neck from accidentally stabbing myself with a pencil while at school. E- I have driven so many “dream vehicles” from makers such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc that they all bore me. ---

So sorry, I must post a list. Then I’m going back to guess the lies of others. A—I don’t speak Korean anymore but I can still read it out loud when I see it printed B—I once did all the baked goods for a large reception(500+), the guest of honor was Laura Bush C—Spider Robinson once signed a book for me, saying I was the only person who’d told him personally that they liked the story “True Minds” D—Braking on black ice, I once rolled a car that had fifty miles on it, suffering only a couple of bruises. E—I paid $60 for a map of South America, from an 1896 National Geographic magazine. ---

For Fubaya it has to be E E- I have driven so many “dream vehicles” from makers such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc that they all bore me. How could anyone be bored by cars like that? ---
