Later reports have said that it was in an office building adjoining a hospital, not in a hospital itself. ISTR a similar shooting, where the perp was a patient who was unhappy about being discharged from that practice. I’m thinking, due to the paucity of information, that it was a domestic dispute or some other issue where the shooter knew most or all of the people involved. ---

Hmm. I have spinal arthritis from degeneration of the vertebrae just above the two I had operations on and encaged in titanium. That produces a whole buffet of pain and pain sites. Somehow I never thought about bringing a rifle and a handgun to an appointment. There must be something wrong with my brain. ---
