Say what? The last Doper get-together ended with all the people there going over to moi’s apartment and starting a fire? I hadn’t heard about this. Why wasn’t I invited to go along? I could have brought marshmallows to toast. ---

Anita, I am sure I will be bringing the Brian with an “i” too. As for what food I will bring…hmm, I am sure i will bring beer and wine, but am not sure what else. What would go good with your stew? I can make anything. Maybe I will bring some of my famous garlic bread. (I will also make some sans garlic for **Edward the Head**!) And also I will bring my big table, chairs, etc., and will be available to help you in any way I can. ---

Hmm, would take some wrangling, but I’d sure like to come. Our aparment _might_ be done by then, I stopped by today and things looked good. (except for the hole in the roof) Still, I have to work until 4pm and probably can’t get on the road until 5. So if the party’s still going by 7-7:30, I would say we’re in. ---

I’m in! I’m in! I’ve been having all kinds of weird computer problems at work, wherein my IT department mistakenly blocked anything with “dope” and other variations from our systems. Grrrr. Fortunately a frank conversation and the judicious application of Krispy Kremes seems to have solved the problem. In any case, I can bring whatever I’m told to bring, or you can just trust me…it won’t be beer, because last MAD party I managed to leave a whole case of it on my front stoop ☹ Anita, I should probably get directions again.
