Bill H, do you live to cause arguments? Look, understand this. No one lives on this road. The nearest house was about two miles away. I would hardly call that populated. I’ve said this before. Do you understand it this time? Also, the legal speed limit on an unpaved, county road, in Missouri, is 55 miles per hour. Deal with it. Our intent was not a factor, legally. The Farmer has a legal obligation to contain and care for his animals. His admittance of the damaged fence and neglected repairs put him, _legally_ at fault. Comprende? Frank, I don’t expect you to apologize, and I never wanted that, anyways. Frank says it’s dropped, I’ll consider it dropped. Oh, and Uke, I kinda thought people would read it and say “Man, that’s a weird thing that happened to you. Here’s a weird thing that happened to me, once.” Although, if they said it like that, they would sound like a robot, or accountant. –Tim ---
