I spoke to TubaDiva about posting this, and she gave the thumbs-up. Thanks to the internet, I discovered Frapper - a site that uses Google Maps to allow communities to see, virtually, how their members are distributed. So in the spirit of the Doper Birthday Calendar thread, I present the SDMB Frapper : [http://www.risingconcepts.com/frapper/sdmb](http://www.risingconcepts.com/frapper/sdmb) Please feel free to examine it, or even hopefully sign up. Remember that this is giving out a level of personal information - Matching your username with a zip code - so if you are uncomfy with that, refrain. I think it even works outside the states, but I didn’t explore that option. So come on, I wanna see where you are all clustered. ---

Two points: 1. Boo for not being able to edit your shoutouts. 2. I’m not certain why, but I find the giant shadow that the user’s bubble casts across the region pretty nifty. ---
