J’accuse! Here I post the anti-“you guys are meanies for banning X” rant. I say instead that you people are too easy on these assholes. Morons like [xanakis](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=84249) and others run rampant on these boards, wasting time, resources, and bandwith with their idiotic behaviors and holier-than-thou defenses. I say, ban them all and let God (or the IPU) sort them out!! This is not a democracy. You are not judges granting defendants due process. You are dictators. Dictate, damnit!! What percentage of newbies who start out badly turn out to be good long-term posters? 5%? 10%? Collateral damage!! Fire, death, destruction. That is the real way to administer a message board!
