what have you tried and what works? I am leaning towards [SnoreLab](https://www.snorelab.com/) based on brief search on reviews. What I really want to know is, do I snore and how big a problem might it be.

Probably not too helpful. The [Samsung Health](https://play.google.com/store/search?q=samsung%20health&c=apps) app will do it, but possibly only when you have a Samsung smart watch.

I’ve used the snore detection, but only in conjunction with my Samsung smart watch and non-Samsung phone. It works with the watch, but I don’t know if it works without the watch.

I’m bumping this in case anyone has used android sleep tracking apps since I first asked. doesn’t have to be free.

There are so many devices out there to track everything in your body especially if you are worried about any cardiac issues - [look how much you can pay for an ouraring ring, for example](https://ouraring.com/) - and then there are all the smart watches.

Just to see if I am snoring, I’d like to try a phone app first before I consider all the other options.
