Thanks, Prof. Pepperwinkle & carnut! As for candied citrus peel, I just finished breakfast, a banana, a bowl of raisin bran mixed with Cheerios, topped with dried apricots, cranberries, Fuji apples, & a pitted date, in Almond Breeze ilk, all in a reusable cardboard bowl retrieved from my freezer!
