Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. _YAWN_ ‘Tis 60 Amurrkin out and N.O.S. with a predicted high of 84 and N.O.S. for the day. I feel better this mornin’ so I reckon the meds are kickin’ in. I shall continue to be a good bear and take the meds when I am supposed to take ‘em. I don’t feel especially bad but I still sound like puberty. I plan on goin’ to the sto’ this mornin’ to procure staple items and check out any used meat sales. Plus, I need to make sure I have enough medicinal ice cream. OK, I already mentioned that when I said staples. 😃 Rah for the Cubs I guess. **Nettie** never hurts to be lookin’. OK, I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy wants sustenance. Roomie is sickly and I might be getting there, so last night I managed to convince BoyRoomie to go get us magic grilled cheese sammiches instead of me having to cook dinner. Totally worth it. Then I got into bed at 6:30. I’m feeling better today, so obviously that was a good plan. ---

Blurf. My foot really hurts today, but I don’t have to go anywhere, so NBD if I just rest it. I talked to the nice FMLA lady yesterday, but she didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. I’m SOL until I’m cleared by my surgeon to be able to do the full job. So I’m looking at other employment to bridge the gap until then. I’m asking a few people how they like being an Uber driver, since I can do that without much stress to my foot, and because it’s acceptable side employment as far as my agency is concerned, it’s something I can do after I go back to work. Food for thought, anyway. Rosie’s sig, y’all. ---

Howdy Y’all! Today I did go to the sto’ and procure staple foodstuffs. Other than that sloth has ensued. Majik intartoobz pizza has been ordered and OYKW will pick it up in a little while. I had some cheese ‘n crackers to tide me over. Whatever this is I have hasn’t effected my appetite. Just wish I’d stop soundin’ like puberty. **Sweater** I suppose that could happen. I have no inclination towards such but I can see it as a possibility. Seems a strange thing to do, but, well, to each his/her own. **sari** good question. Haven’t seen **gotti** about in a few weeks. I made it through the day barely. I guess I drank more beer than necessary while watching the game last night. I am taking off tomorrow to use up some comp time I earned last weekend so Yay for three day weekend. Next weekend is a three day weekend cause Firday next is a holiday. Veteran’s day! Yay for two three day weekends in a row. We are having salmon patties,grits,eggs and biscuits for supper and then an early bedtime. ---

**FCD** ’s car is all legal in his name, after dealing too long with DMV. My bro’s title had one too many digits in it and they were going to make my sweetie take the car back and have my bro get a corrected title. yeah - not gonna happen. \*\*FCD \*\*asked to speak to a supervisor who made it happen, and after some assorted waitings and seeing several different folks, he finally left with new tags. So the car is legal and he’s happy. He drove me to get my car, which he’d left to get an oil change. I figured out right away that I don’t like riding in the Porsche. Not built for my comfort. But that’s fine - when we go together, it’ll be in the Sonata. 😃 We went to Red Robin for supper, just because. And now it’s time to chill. I need chill. ---
