Free Jeep Update! Got the new ignition switch, plugged it in, hit start and it immediately fired up! No weird knocking, no cranking or whining, just fired and idled perfectly! Cooling system is gungy, and needs a good cleaning, so I’ll work on that. I’ll reinstall the drive shaft and take it for a drive this afternoon. So far, so good! **kaylasdad** , what do you think I did with the Internet? Watched porn! 😉 ---

Went out driving. All forward and reverse speeds, brakes work. Hard to determine, but I think even the A/C works! ---

Dumb-ass kid took this thing out into the Sippy-hole that is the Back Forty and got it stuck in the mud. With the dogs. Almost dark. I got suspicious when he didn’t show up after 20 minutes and went looking. If I had 2 foot less of chain, I wouldn’t have got that sum-bitch pulled out of there. :mad: ---

A good supermarket sells store-brand vinegar by the gallon at a reasonable price.
