Is there anywhere that I can find a free database of letters to the editor addresses/email addresses/ or fax numbers for the state of Illinois?
The keyword is free! I know that there are places that offer this service at a cost and the printed media list is pretty extensive… Any ideas of any places that have this info?

Thanks!!!

I’d start with [the Illinois Press Association](http://www.il-press.com/). If they don’t have what you want, [thepaperboy.com](http://thepaperboy.com) has a list of [websites for Illinois newspapers.](http://www.thepaperboy.com/usastate1.cfm?PaperState=Illinois) It may not be complete, but it’s online.

You can also go to any decent size public library, get a media directory (there are many – a decent reference department should have at least one) and photocopy the Illinois section.
