I’ve heard that one can make long distance calls fom a PC to Phone withouy any long distance charges is this true? If it is what website or software should I use and what headphones are recommend?

Type “long distance telephone” into your address bar. There are many (Dialpad is one), the quality sucks (you get what you pay for).
