I saw that, and “free” is my price point for SMB. I like my games to be pretty (thus Subnautica), and life’s too short for impossible games, but not too short at least to try them out, especially when they’re free and especially when they get as much praise as that game gets. ---

I’ve “dipped my toe” in Subnautica now, and it’s pretty cool (and just pretty). I’m enjoying the challenge of gathering all the stuff to make tools. ---

There may be a few times that using the Wiki is helpful–I hit one particular place where I had to find a semirandomly-placed object, and the Wiki saved me from doing a few hours of boring ground-combing. ---
