picked it up as soon as I read the sales letter…i have the wasteland extended edition on the ps4 (or 3 ) and my nephew whos first RPGs were elder scrolls 3 and Kotor on the og Xbox couldn’t believe how in-depth and “hard” it was … I just laughed ---

Epic store is having 12 free games, one a day, apparently, to promote their holiday sale. I don’t want to promote them in general, so don’t buy anything, but it’s definitely relevant to the free game thread. Today is Into The Breach, from the guy who made FTL. ---

Just a reminder to check the Epic Store everyday for free games for the next 10-11 days (lost track). Today is SUPERHOT which is actually pretty good. I know some hate Epic and, personally, I really did not want another game client either but at this point I am not overly fussed by one more. Plus, EPIC has been giving away free games every two weeks for over a year. My Epic game library is actually pretty big despite having only purchased three games from them (Control [surprisingly good], The Outer Worlds [which I got on their current winter sale for 25% off plus another $10 off coupon so not a bad deal] and Mechwarrior 5 [been waiting almost 20 years for that]). Everything has run smoothly and their customer support is actually ok(ish). ---
