A reminder, anyone who thinks they might like a space sim or space trucking and doesn’t have Elite Dangerous, it’s free right now: [https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/free-games](https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/free-games) It is a fantastic game, a bit shallow gameplay-wise in the long run but still hundreds of hours of fun if you make it past the learning curve. Very well made, and most impressively it models the entire Milky Way galaxy in full 3D, every star system has X number of stars and every system has X number of planets and each planet has X number of moons. And you can visit every one of them. You can even land on rocky planets and moons without atmospheres, and drive around in a SRV. ---

Not quite free but you can get 3 months of “Xbox game pass for pc” for $1. Or whatever microsoft think is the equivalent in your local currency. I paid 10 DKr or about 1.50 US$, judging by my next payment due date I got 3½ months. Though it supposedly is for first-time-buyers only, I have had several months subscription about a year ago (also very cheap) and had no problem getting 3+ more trial months. Games I have tried: “Knights and bikes” - my favorite so far. Psychonauts like graphics (Doublefine is publisher), two young girls having adventures in an off season camping ground and the small island where it is located. “Carrion” - metroidvania-like with a blob monster in a stereotypical monster movie giant underground science lab. “My time in portia” - Stardew valley like with 3d graphics and more emphasis on construction than gardening. Other note worthy games on the pass: No mans sky The outer worlds Crusader kings 3 Doom internal Gears 5 and a lot of other Microsoft published games ETA: You can quit your subscription at once, and when the 3 months are up, buy 1 more for US$1/equivalent. ---

Fenyx Rising is part of the [Ubisoft+](https://store.ubi.com/us/ubisoftplus/games/?lang=en_US) package ($15 a month) so, while some Ubi games do make it onto Game Pass eventually, it’s unlikely that Fenyx Rising will be there any time soon. ---

We don’t have an active “PC Game Sales” thread and this is in regards to a free PC game so… Download and play Hyperscape for free from Ubi Connect between now and the 17th and [get a $10 coupon](https://store.ubi.com/us/faqcoupon/) for the Ubi store, good until Jan 31st. Had to be a minimum $15 purchase on an actual game (no currency packs, etc) and no pre-orders but it does work on new releases. Probably doesn’t stack with the 20% off coupon you can buy with Upoints. I’d assume Ubi will have a Winter/Christmas sale as some point as it should stack with those sale prices. ---

I do not think so but not sure. I think bans prevent you from all Steam things but you keep your library. I would imagine it would be a problem legally for them to strip you of the things you bought. But I really do not know.
