Penny Arcade is giving away free copies of their RPG “On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness 3”

Just enter the captcha and it should show a Steam key. Some report their key being no good when they try to enter it (comes up as used) so just enter the captcha again and get a different key. Took me two tries but I didn’t enter my first key until hours after I got it. I think it might be cycling through a lot of them or something.

Sadly, I had already bought that episode. They get me with those constant sales.
