I just thought I’d let you know that disorderly conduct charges against the man who was arrested for protesting outside a “Free Speech Zone” in Pittsburgh have been thrown out by a District Justice. Here’s an article about it from the local newspaper.
It’s nice to know that the Constitution still trumps those who are sworn to uphold it, regardless of which party they belong to.

This is what I’m pissed about. The policeman have become the goons. This is wrong on so many levels. I wish the case had gone further and the officer charged with obeying an illegal order and his superiors charged as well. This simply HAS TO STOP! I wonder if Bush is coming to my area any time soon.
