@Skywatcher is comparing the Great American State Fyre Festival to [Willy’s Chocolate Experience](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willy%27s_Chocolate_Experience), an event a couple years ago that was advertised as this magical, immersive adventure for the kids, but turned out to be a pathetic experience in a dingy, sparsely decorated warehouse. That photo of “Sad Oompa Loompa woman” stationed at what looked like a meth lab became a meme.
